Speaking skills are vital to the successful acquisition and use a foreign languaga. students may read, write and listen withouttoo many problems in a foreign language, yet they cannot be said to “know“ that language if they cannot wholly express themselves in speaking. Hence the rationale for this course: to help students of english to enhance their oral communication.
